This is our responsibility to guide and take care of our child. We should take care of them after when they born to adult age. In infant age they follows us or our behavior. They watch all of our activities and keep it in their mind. So we are taking a very important role for their growing mind and character or behavior.

I am sharing here my experience about how to behave with our child pr how to be a good parent.



BE GOOD LISTENERS:-

This is a common mistake that most of parents makes. We gives less attention to our child when they tries to tell something. But most of time we do not listen the whole matter they want to tell us. And some time we miss judge them. It strikes in their mind and may cause a bad effect on their character. I will suggest to every parent, that we should listen to our child. We need to know about what they are talking, their feeling their every act, their opinions, even when they are crying. We should follow and understand of their each and every point of action. When they are talking to us our crying in front of us, then stop your work and look at them. And any try to understand what the reason for their kind of act is.




MAKES TIME FOR THE FAMILY:-

In parent days we are too busy that we do not have enough time for our children or family. May be you are in a good position in your work place; still you have to manage few time for your family. Once in a week go out side with your family, and enjoy the whole day. Do not ignore their interest. Give their value to you. Show them how much they are important to you. Remember your child should learn your life style.




GIVE THEIR FREEDOM:-

Most of parents think that their child should fear and obey to them. Some times it takes away their freedom. It has a bad effect too. In this environment, child becomes more selfish, cruel and angry after word. The fear will effect in their growing mind. They will learn or compel to hide any secret from the parent. It may take them fall in danger in their passing life. Our child should have to ask some question to us or discuss about some thing.




LOVE AND LOUGHTER:-

We often share our thinking to them. In my view, there are many friends around us, but all are not the true friend I am talking about. Let’s find the true friends.


My one of the best hobby is to make friendship with new people. I am sharing my experience about how to make friendship or how to keep a good relationship with good friends.



PLAY GROUND: -

To make friendship, play ground is one of best place. You can meet many new people every day when going to play together. Specially if you enjoy your game it will keep your mid fresh and be positive. It will improve the understanding among your team mates. Your team mates will also enjoy it within you.



JOIN ANY ORGANIZATION OR ASSOCIATION: -


Secondly, I will like to suggest to join an local organization or association and start work with them together. Before join an organization check their working subject. If you found a common subject with any organization, then you can join it. After join, try to participate with their most of work. You will find many new friends through this work.



MEMBERSHIP: -


Become a member of you local club, Library or any community centre of your town. When you gets few free time, go their and have a good time pass. You will meet many new local people their. Participate with them and their common discussion. In this way you will be more close to them. Your relation will be friendly automatically with them. Remember, your activities and participation is more important to make a good friendly relation.



TALK FREELY WITH PEOPLE: -


This is a important part of making new friend. Make yourself free talk more with new people. Specially when you are in school, collage or club don’t keep yourself as silence. You won’t make much friend if you do not talk with your mates. Keep talking, laughing and enjoying with all people around you. In this way you will make a friendly environment.



BODY LANGUAGE: -


Learn something about human body language. When you are going to meet or talk with an unknown people, then it will help you. When you are talking with some one, keep your eyes towards him/her eyes. I mean make an eye to eye contact situation. When you are talking to some one, be good listeners. If you looking around, folding your hand or legs, not giving much in interest on your partner. If your partner realized this once, you won’t make friendship with him/her.



CONVERSATION: -

Start your conversation with the person just beside or around you. When you are waiting at bus stop or in bus, train station or in train, look many people around you. Do not be shy or hesitate or afraid to speak with them. Go ahead and start the conversation. You can start with few common topics.


Example: - Is not it very hot today?
Can you help me for something?
Can you tell me the time please?

Ask your friends about their family. When you are meeting with your friend, ask him/her about few common questions. Make a good wish for all of them.

(1) “How are you”?
(2) “How is your family”?
(3) "What about his/her parent?"



When you are travelling in a bus or train, you will meet many unknown people around you. You can approach your friendship hand to them. Start conversation by asking few common questions. Then ask his/her name and instant tell your name also with an approaching hand. You can ask him/her where he/she going or what do he/she does. Then talk about some common matters.

CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES



WALKING:-


Walking is the most common and easiest exercise in human life. This is a part of cardiovascular exercise. All of then who are just starting or preparing for exercise- walking is sweet able for them. It works as a worm up of our full body before hard exercise, hard work, playing soothing on the ground.
It is too easy that we can’t realize its impact in our body or health. It is better if you make a habit of walking in every early morning. When you starting it, do it little slow. After some time walk faster than starting speed.
Walk around 30-40 mins everyday. Many people I found they started walking everyday very well, but after few of days they discontinued it. So I will like to suggest you, at first find a good partner who can wake up early at the morning with you everyday. If you get a good partner, it will be more enjoyable for both of you.



JOGGING:-

This is the next move after walking. Jogging is a form of slow running. You can jogging on the street or the ground or park with your partner at the morning. 10-15 mins jogging is very important before you starting any hard exercise. It has a great result of stress on our body. That’s why every foot ball or hockey players do jog for few mins before entering the play ground. When we are jogging our full body’s muscle are working together.



CYCLING:-

Cycling is a good exercise for our lower body. It has a great impact at our legs. Continue 1 hour cycling burn our extra calories from our body. You can try it on street, park or your garden any time.



SWIMMING:-


This is one of my favourite exercises. It is very enjoy full too. Swimming makes our full body (upper & lower both) exercise at a time. Our whole main muscles involve and do a great job when swimming. It burns our extra calories or fat if we make a habit of continue swimming. Regular swimming also cures or heals our old injuries. You can do it to any swimming Pool, or any nearest lake or pond.



Try to do all above cardiovascular exercise at least 3-4 days in a week. It will not only improve your body, even will protect you from many diseases. These types of exercise are too easy that we never give a much importance for it. But it’s true If we continue it, the result will come in front of us with in few of months.

After all of these cardiovascular exercises we will move for resistance exercise. It will improve more on our body fitness. I will discuss all of those exercises at my next thread, some other day.

This is a very common question for all about how to get a good health. There is few easiest way to maintain a good health. First of all, if we think to be healthy or about our fitness, we can do it itself. I am sharing my experience after many study about this matter.




SMOKING :

This is a main important point about our health and physical fitness. There is no good answer why people take smoke. In my view, few people do smoke because; they think its look like smart. Just for style and showing others that they are not a child now. Smoke gives us neither a good health by weight gain nor the weight loss. It effect in our not as a food, but as a dangerous drug. Which may causes of Lung Cancer. So my suggestion is to stop smoking immediately. If you cant give up it instant, then try to do it slowly. You can use some chewable gum (Nicotine Polacrilex Gum) 3-4 times in a day. It’s work.



DRINKS WATER MORE:

Water is call as life. There is no substitute of water. It is the only fresh drink we use for our body. Approximate 60-70 percent fluid needs in our bodies. This water or fluid helps to work smoothly all of our system in our body. And keep all the process active in our body. So we need a lot of water in our body to keep ourselves healthy and strong. TEETH:

This is one of the parts in our body. Many people have to work hurry. They don’t give much time for work or brush their teeth in the morning. Even they do not brush at night after dinner. In this way, after few years they faces many gum disease, it may cause many heart disease, Strokes, mouth ulcer and cancer. Solution is nothing but, need to brush twice daily. You don’t need to spend many times for it. 20-30 munits enough for each day exercise. If you have less time then do it thrice In a week. Use stairs instead of lift. Work yourself at your garden. Put your alarm clock away from your bed. Thought all this way your body will be fit.


SLEEP WELL:

Sleep around 8-10 hours in a day. Sleep keeps our cells fresh for long time and repair weak cell in our body. Good sleep increases our metabolic rate and helps to digest. A good rest also keep our mind fresh and positive.

A strong and good relationship can make a great support in our life. A good relationship keep strength our health, fresh our mind. It also make us open minded when we talking or thinking g something about. Many people say that it is very difficult to maintain a good relationship between couples. In my view, if we want to make a good relationship, then we can make it very well. But we should follow few important rules in our life to get a better relationship.



Involved with each other and Support:

Lack of involvement and communication increases distance between both relationships. You should support each other when needs. May be you are not agree about the matter or work – still you have to support your partner. Sometime your partner may think about you to involve his / her present matter. But you are too busy on your work that you can’t feel him/her. It may create a distance between your relations. Try to understand your partner’s mind, what he/she thinking about. If she/he needs any help or not. Don’t wait for his/her call, just approach to help. So don’t forget to involve with each other when needs.



Honesty is the Best Policy:

What you think, you are honest or your partner? I will tell one thing for you both, be honest by yourself first. Our relationship cannot be built on lies or with out honesty.
If you can't be honest with yourself, you will never be honest with your partner. Don’t ever tell a lie, specially to your life partner. One lie will make another lie, then another. When your partner will aware about you lies, your relationship may broke down.



Understanding with each other:

Try to understand what your partner saying. Don’t act that you are listening or understanding if you are not fully. If your partner feels that you are not listening carefully or showing your busyness, he/she may hurt by you. The important thing is never refuse or cancels your partner if the matter is silly or unimportant. May be its silly or unimportant to you, but not to him/her.



Trust:

Our relationship never is strong if there is a lack of trust between both. Try to trust your partner always. Keep your promises, you made it. Never give excuses in your life. First of all, our activities help a lot to make a good trust between our relationships.




Laugh and Fun:

Keep laugh often, and make your partner laugh. Try to make fun sometimes in a day when you are talking about not a serious matter. It will help you to make a great relationship. Sometimes go to cinema or a magic show just for enjoy and fun.



LOVE:

For that day, wire a casual dress which you like very comfortable. Try to choose a soft (light) colour dress. Your dress must be fresh and good looking. Polish your shoes before one day of meeting. Use a cool body spray or a sweet flavour perfume. Look yourself well in front of dressing table before leavening room. Calculate how much time it will take to reach the meeting place from your home. Be ready advance and start your journey a little earlier. I mean, keep few extra time in your hand.


Reach before 10 minutes of the meeting time. You reach first and wait for your new friend. Don’t be tent and over act. You know what you, so there is nothing extra to show her. Don’t think any third party matter in that moment. When she comes, just welcome her with a sweet smile. Move your body and approach to welcome her with smiling face. Tell her that you are very glad or happy to meet with her. Ask her if there had any problem in her journey.

Summer Health : A Summer Health Tips





WE SHOULD DO FOR OUR HEALTH IN SUMMER

For our skin : First of all, use a good sunscreen lotion. use this sunscreen lotion on your nail, otherwise after 2-3 days your nail polish will hard and it become fade like yellow colour.



• Use very few amount of powder on the sunscreen lotion.

• If we go to any get together party, we can use a light foundation cream. But after use cream, take a tissue paper or bloating paper to paste the cream on our skin. Else may damage our make up by out side dust.

• Use a rebutted company’s eyeliner for your make up.

• Mat finish lip colour is better than lip liner.

• In your eyes mango green, yellow, golden eye shadow will be perfect in this summer days.

• Don’t forget to use sunglass when going out side. Try to use a wide glass, it will protect the skin around your eyes from direct sun light.


HAIR:

If our hair stay smooth and perfect, then our make up also remain same.


* Cut your hair a little short in summer days. Use hair clip to bind your hair by
